Gilbert Velasquez (left) and Andrew Koss (right) are the hosts of Music Muse. They are both big fans of indie music. They met in 1995 at Jackson Middle School in Grand Prairie, Texas, and both were students in the video programs at South Grand Prairie High School and North Lake College. The original idea for Music Muse came from Gilbert. Andrew's older brother, David, is the co-host of the popular podcast, Urban Coffee.
